The following Demo will take you through the booking process from start to finish. This is what your clients will see each time they want to make an appointment with you online.
The appointment request is queued in your system for you to approve and add to your online appointment book(see below), the system removes the slot until you approve or decline it, so double bookings cannot occur.
Once you have approved the appointment request, the booking is entered into your online Appointment Book. From here, you can later select the appointment to view and edit it's details.
Both you and your client will receive an automatically generated email which contains the appointment details for review. From this email you will also be able to add the appointment to your personal calendar, including Microsoft Outlook.
